Brother vs. Brother
The dynamic duo behind HGTV’s immensely popular Property Brothers is back with Brother vs. Brother. This competition show follows Jonathon and Drew Scott as they lead two teams to renovate outdated homes and increase their sale value, and although the teams are made up of design professionals, things can get a bit out of hand. If you’re a fan of major home renovations and friendly competition, you’ll definitely want to add this to your list of must-watch shows.

Flip or Flop
Tarek and Christina are a stylish married couple who purchase homes in order to renovate them and sell them for a profit. HGTV viewers love watching as the couple negotiates at foreclosure auctions and puts their own glamorous touch on even the most distressed homes. Flip or Flop also offers tips for anyone who wants to take on flipping a house of their own.

K1 Speed: Enjoy Go-Kart Racing in Houston, Texas

K1 Speed gives patrons' inner daredevils a safe place to show themselves. The indoor go-kart racing arena in Houston sticks guests in safe, eco-friendly electric go karts and sends them soaring around the racetrack. Though K1 only opened its first location in 2003, the flagship California located quickly launched 19 others, with more planned in the near future.

Its popularity as a spot for families and groups of friends is solidified by the extras that surround the race track. Even if you don't like to speed, you can still play a game of pool or grab a bite in the pit cafe. Professional race car driver Boris Said even acts as a K1 Speed co-owner, so you know the racing experience you receive is as close to the real thing as possible—sans the danger of a fiery car crash.

The cinema is part of a chain that combines a time-tested date night itinerary: dinner and a movie. Before you even head to the theater, it's best to reserve your seats online so they'll be waiting for you when you arrive, but you can also reserve them at the box office. Once you get to Studio Movie Grill, grab a drink and appetizer at the bar before your film—the showings are a blend of first-run and indie films.

You should take your seat, which is outfitted with a personal-sized table, about 20 minutes before the film begins so that you can order a meal from your server. The menu evokes a classic American grill, offering plentiful burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, and pasta and meat entrees. Order as often as you want throughout the movie—your server will come right to you at the press of a button.
