Paris Comes to Houston at Melange Creperie, a Food Cart Near 3800 Main in Houston

Sean Carroll and Tish Ochoa didn't just fall deeper in love with each other on their Parisian honeymoon; they also fell in love with the creperies that dotted Paris's streets. In fact, when they returned to Houston after their honeymoon, the couple couldn't stop thinking about the crepes they'd enjoyed in Paris.
So in 2010 they decided to take matters into their own hands: the opened Melange Creperie, a humble crepe cart. The cart quickly amassed a loyal following and continues to thrive today. Its concept is simple: craft Parisian-style crepes fresh with two or three ingredients. Yet customers keep coming back time and time again. Regulars note that the cart can get crowded during peak times, so have exact change on hand and set aside some time for a wait. Once you get to the front of the line, you can order a sweet crepe stuffed with banana and Nutella, a savory crepe oozing chili, or one of the many other creative combinations. They all await not far from 3800 Main.
