AAGP Helping Hands has organized 3 major fundraisers to support Operation Homefront

AAGP Helping Hands has organized 3 major fundraisers to support Operation Homefront an organization that provides emergency funding/job assistance to our Military Personnel. 

 

August 25th we will be hosting Soccer for Soldiers Tournament event in Warrington PA

 

October 14th we will be hosting our 3rd Annual 5K Race at Hatfield Village in Hatfield PA

 

September 6th we will be hosting our 5th Guest Bartending event at the Fieldhouse in Philadelphia

 

Get the most bang for your buck and Sponsor both the Soccer Tournament and the 5 K Race

 

Gold Sponsorship Level $650.00

What you get: 

Opportunity to spend the day at the Soccer Tournament ( Approx. 1000 people will be in attendance) your Management Company Name prominently displayed with signage and your employees can have a table set up with brochures, giveaways and have the opportunity to continually mingle with the crowd. We will need 2 people to be a line judge on the field during play.

 

Or you can be a Food Concession Sponsor with name displayed on signage and the opportunity to volunteer at the food tent.

 

Plus for the race you will get your logo on the race t shirt and the opportunity to sponsor a Mil, Race bag (you will need to provide the bags) Awards Presentation Sponsor, Registration Table all of which will allow you to mingle with the crowd on race day.

 

Silver Sponsorship Level $400.00

All of the above pertaining to the soccer tournament plus

Name recognition on T shirt for the race and opportunity to sponsor Monster dash (must provide mini pumpkins to racers like 50) or food tent sponsor (provide food item) 

 

Single Sponsorships available for either of the events
