What a dynamic duo! AAGP President Brian Paule of the Galman Group, and Steve Waters, V.P. Morgan Properties got a chance to show their passion for our industry last week at Orleans Technical institute in Northeast Philadelphia.   Steve and Brian spoke to students in Orleans' building trades classes about the importance of the maintenance staff in every apartment community- it's no less than the key to the community's success!  They offered their personal insights and advice, fielded questions, and encouraged everyone looking for an industry where plumbing, electric and carpentry skills (to name a few) are in demand to look no further.
