Explore the Library of Congress’ Online National Jukebox

The Library of Congress has compiled an online National Jukebox. You can now explore historical sound recordings whenever you want, free of charge. Search based on artist, song, lyricist, genre, year, composer, or place. The jukebox started with 10,000 recordings made between 1901 and 1925 by the Victor Talking Machine Company. Since launching, the content has continued to grow to include recordings from other recording labels owned by Sony Music Entertainment.
