If you can make it with eggs, it’s probably on the menu at Wild Eggs! Regulars rave about the spectacular frittatas and omelets. A favorite at Wild Eggs is the "border benedict," which boasts Green chili cheddar corn cakes, chorizo, poached eggs and queso fundido with sour cream and salsa.
