We wanted you to be the first to know we are selling all the beautiful furniture, and decor that is currently in our models. Please stop by the office Monday through Friday this week to place your best offer!!!

Because of the severe freezing weather, water pipes in our community may freeze and burst. Please take the following precautions as soon as you read this.. 1.  Please drip all the faucets in your apartment  2.  Turn on the heat and leave it at the 55 degree minimum mark.  3. If residents are gone, we will be entering the apartments to take these same precautions.

The holidays are well on their way, and we are very excited about our upcoming Holiday decorating contest!! The top two residents with the most festive patio/balcony will recieve money off their rent!! The judging will be held Decemer 20th. We look forward to seeing everyone's decorations.
