Italian Fare Staples Are Served at Milano

Milano has been one of San Antonio’s most popular Italian restaurants for more than 22 years. Locals say the food is delicious, the portions are generous and the staff is friendly and attentive. Milano’s casual-but-refined ambiance makes this restaurant the perfect choice for a romantic evening, a family outing or a celebration with friends. Bite: Take a Taste of Artistic French Fare

Bite is a French wine bar and restaurant that specializes in generous portions of high quality foods for prices that the average consumer can afford. It’s a foodie spot without the usual foodie prices, and it has an impressive wine list to boot.

A trendy little pizza joint in Southtown in San Antonio, The Station Cafe serves a creative array of hot and cold sandwiches as well as whole pizzas and pizza by the slice. India Taj Palace's appetizers include Vegetable Samosas – fried turnovers stuffed with potatoes & green peas, Papadum – crackers made from lentil flour, and Mixed Pakoras – crispy, deep fried veggies dipped in garbanzo batter. Main dishes include Mixed Grill Tandoori with chicken, shrimp, lamb & fish cooked in a traditional clay oven, Chicken Tikka Masala – chicken cubes in a creamy tomato sauce, and Lamb Korma – lamb cubes, cashews, raisins & almonds in a cream sauce. There are also plenty of vegetarian entrée options.
