Looking for something fun to do with the kids this weekend? Take them to the Leesburg Animal Park, a family-friendly attraction that people of all ages adore. This 21-acre park operates a bit like an up-close-and-personal zoo, and it is home to a wide variety of farm animals and exotic animals.

Check out the sheep, goats, miniature horses, and pigs in the outdoor petting zoo, and be sure to buy a handful of food pellets to give to your new friends. There are also docile, well-trained ponies that are great for pony rides around the area. Once you’re done visiting with the farm animals, make your way over to see more exotic animals like monkeys, hedgehogs, and even slithering snakes.

Leesburg Animal Park contains a moonbounce, indoor play areas, and miniature ziplines for visitors to enjoy after seeing the animals, and you can bring your own lunch to eat on the many picnic tables nearby.
