Named after the Greek party exclamation (Have you seen My Big Fat Greek Wedding?), Opa has been voted Best New Restaurant and Best Moderately Priced Greek Food by San Jose Metro, and Best Mediterranean Food in the San Jose Metro Area by Citysearch. The menu features a wide array of Greek appetizers like Spanakopita (a spinach pie pastry) and Tzatziki (the yogurt cucumber garlic dip), as well as a selection of Greek entrees that mostly fall in the $10-$20 price range. Just note that the restaurant only serves beer and wine. Opa also has a location south of San Jose in Los Gatos, and there are more locations to come!
