San Jose Rose Garden: California’s Dream Garden

March 5, 2013 | sack

The San Jose Rose Garden provides a lovely way to spend the day passing through beautiful flora and fauna during just about any season. One of the greatest things about the California and the Bay Area in particular is its year round ability to help plants thrive. There are many seated and grassy areas to sit down for a breather, or for a picnic with the family. It's a great place to take pictures, and on any given day you'll see a number of budding young photographers snapping photos of budding young roses. This botanical garden has an expert staff and they'll be happy to tell you about any of the many species of plants on display. Be sure to call ahead or check the website for hours as they do vary by the season. A trip out to the Rose Garden is a great way to reconnect with nature and enjoy the warm California sun.
