Pizza Studio: Eat a Pizza You Designed Yourself

Pizza Studio is a reasonably priced build-your-own pizza place where locals go to grab a quick bite. All of the pizzas here sport thin crusts and measure 11 inches. Gluten-free crust is available, though no word on whether or not Pizza Studio takes steps to prevent cross-contamination for the benefit of people with celiac disease. Other crust options include traditional, rosemary herb, whole grain and flax seed, and "firecracker." Choose from different sauces, including tomato blend, spicy buffalo, and tangy barbecue, and help yourself to unlimited toppings like sliced pineapple, corn, smoked ham, and Genoa salami.
Other menu items include side salads, cookies, and soft drinks by Puck’s. You can find works by local artists for sale on the walls of Pizza Studio, which many think is a nice touch since the restaurant doesn’t take a commission.
Pizza Studio is open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
