Locals say you’ll need a reservation for Rok Bistro since tables have a way of filling up at this popular fondue restaurant. That's probably because patrons have so much fun cooking their own entrees on a slab of stone heated to a blistering 700 degrees.
The meats here include filet mignon, New York strip, top sirloin medallion, and ball-tip steaks, although you can also choose from Pacific ahi tuna, prawns and scallops, Pacific swordfish, or vegetarian entrees like grilled portabella with feta. Whet your appetite with one of the cheese fondues and finish off your meal with a chocolate fondue.
