Enjoy Live Music, a Car Show and Farmer’s Market at Thursday Night Live in Downtown Mountain View!
July 21, 2015 | sack
Castro Street in downtown Mountain View is the place to be on Thursday, July 23, when the city continues its tradition of hosting Thursday Night Live, a repeat event throughout the last nine summers. The street will be closed to traffic, allowing folks to stroll around enjoying live music, restaurant and shopping specials, a classic/custom car show, and kids' activities like street chalk drawing and blowing bubbles.
If you're not able to make it to the city's farmer's market on Sundays at the Caltran Station parking lot, you'll have another opportunity to peruse fresh fruits and veggies because a farmer's market is also a component of Thursday Night Live. And if you can't make it to this week's event, you have another chance. The final Thursday Night Live of 2015 will be Aug. 6. It all unfolds just a short drive from Brookside Park.
