The Prolific Oven: Living Up to its Name with a New Location!

A new location of the popular local chain, The Prolific Oven just opened in May about two miles away from Brookside Park. This location has dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and a gorgeous, upscale, modern interior that makes dining here a true treat. Outdoor seating is available on the patio, too.
For breakfast, it has a wide variety of omelettes, waffles topped with different fruits and whipped cream, and of course the sweet and tasty pastries. For lunch and dinner, there are soups, salads, sandwiches, and pasta, all made fresh. Beautiful pre-made cakes are available for take-out. One cool feature of the restaurant is the cold brew coffee on tap, making a quick stop for your morning joe a breeze! The restaurant also offers free Wi-Fi, and ample seating means it never gets too crowded, making it a perfect place to work or lounge for a while.
