Kumino Restaurant: Don’t Miss the Ramen!
October 16, 2015 | sack
Even though it only opened last week, roughly a 10-minute drive from Brookside Park, Kumino Restaurant has already earned attention from a local artist. Or at least, a novice one. A Kumino patron was so delighted by the ramen presented at the table that he recreated the scene—with some embellishments and a big "Thank you!"—on his receipt. For the people who founded this Asian fusion eatery, it was an early indication that they're on to something.
And although reviews are still rolling in, the Yelpers who have taken the time to write something happen to love Kumino across the board. It's not just because of the ramen, either. Some other customers sing the praises of the garlic noodles, topped with tender pork and scallions, and the rice bowl crowned with beef, broccoli, and soy sauce. Kumino also dishes out authentic Asian buns filled with meat, slices of Chinese sausage with crusty bread, and crispy tofu, to name just a few.
