Bite Into Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Eats at Urfa Bistro

If you're getting tired of the same old American cuisine when you go out for dinner, do something different tonight at Urfa Bistro. The eatery opened three months ago about four miles from Brookside Park and it dishes out a mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fare.
Begin your meal with an order of the falafel, phyllo dough stuffed with feta and mushrooms, or roasted eggplant dip seasoned with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and parsley. Then dig into a larger entree, like the Urfa kebab. Its skewer contains ground lamb and beef seasoned with a peppery Urfa blend, paired with grilled vegetables and a mix of rice and bulgur. You can also opt for the eggplant stuffed with eclectic veggies, tomato sauce, and pine nuts. Virtually all of the dishes are as colorful and creative as these, so add a visit to Urfa Bistro to your to-do list.
