Ramen is an authentic Asian soup that foodies all over love. Traditionally, ramen includes meat and veggies in a slow-simmered broth, but at Ramen House Ryowa, vegetarians are welcome.
Ramen House Ryowa offers a vegetarian ramen bowl in addition to the meat-laden tonkatsu. The plant-based soup teems with bean sprouts, mushrooms, spinach, carrots, seaweed, tofu, and nori with a sprinkle of green onion on top. For those who do eat meat, consider the classic tonkatsu ramen. The broth is crafted from pork bone and forms the foundation for a soup filled with bean sprouts, chashu, cod fish roe, green onion, nori, and an egg. During the summer months, customers can also try a unique seasonal ramen dish called hiyashichuka, which features cold noodles with chicken, ginger, pickle, seaweed, cucumber, and even jellyfish.
