Find Chicago-Style Pies at Blue Line Pizza

August 8, 2017 | sack

Blue Line Pizza is a neighborhood pizza joint located in Mountain View. The name is a nod to Chicago, and it refers to the Blue Line, a train that runs between O’Hare Airport and downtown Chicago. Blue Line Pizza first started in San Francisco and has then expanded through the Bay Area. The restaurant is urban and hip, with eclectic paintings on the walls and a patio area with outdoor seating and heat lamps for cooler nights.

Blue Line Pizza serves Chicago style cornmeal crust deep-dish pizza, New York style thin crust pizzas, a variety of organic salads, and house-made appetizers. The restaurant also serves a selection of beers, wines, and spirits to wash down your pizza with. Menu favorites include the signature Blue Line Pizza, which features spinach blended with ricotta and feta, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and mozzarella; the Pesto Chicken pizza; the Italian combo pizza; and the meatball pizza. If you're not a pizza lover, try the zoodle salad with zucchini ribbons or the pulled pork sandwich.
