From the furniture to the glass work, this beautiful restaurant is designed to make guests feels as if they have been transported to China’s capital. Hot pot meals are the specialty, in which a variety of ingredients — such as sweet potato slices, napa cabbage, oyster mushrooms, Kobe beef, and scallops — can be ordered and added to a simmering soup base. Classic entrées such as Kung Pao Chicken and Mapo Tofu are also available.
