For a classic meal, consider the Florentine crepe, stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and mushrooms with melted cheese on top. If you're feeling adventurous, you might try the Bombay-style crepe, filled with spicy curried peppers and onions. Sweet crepes range from the super simple lemon, butter, and brown sugar option, to the s'mores-inspired version, stuffed with gooey toasted marshmallows, crumbled graham crackers, and melted chocolate kisses.
