Flights took the popular concept of a drink flight and applied it to their full menu. Get three variations on all of their items, like shrimp three ways or three different sauces on boneless fried chicken. The same concept carries over into their drink menu, with variations on margaritas and mules, as well as wine and beer. The real highlight might be dessert, because having three different crumble pies or flavors of cheesecake always beats having one. Flights takes the "flight" theme even further, with airline photography on the walls and a staff wearing aviation uniforms.
