Try Georgian Food (The Country, Not the State!) at Kolkhida

The next time you can’t decide between a quick meal of Italian, Indian, or Chinese food when you’re on the go, choose something completely different and hunt down the Kolkhida food truck. They serve Georgian food, and they don’t mean the Southern state.
The Kolkhida truck has a small selection of Georgian specialties, each seasoned with distinct spices. Choose from main dishes of lamb, beef, or chicken served with two sides, or the popular khachapuri, fluffy egg bread topped with molten cheese and a fried egg. Add a side of Georgian salad, fries, or badrijani (an eggplant and walnut dish) and you have a satisfying meal that you won’t find anywhere else. The food for the Kolkhida truck is prepared fresh daily, and they will often close up shop early if they run out of food. Be sure to get to the truck earlier if possible, and stay connected with them on Facebook for their up to the minute schedule. The Kolkhida truck also caters, and it sometimes affects their service schedule.
