It’s a delicious Asian dessert, shaved into "frozen slivers" and flavored with real fruit. It’s become very popular because it’s all natural and gluten free. The ice is also very delicate, so there’s even a debate – should you use a fork or spoon?

Come in and check out the wide variety of flavors. The fruit varieties, like the mango ice with mango jelly and condensed milk on top, are well-received among regulars, and the taro or Vietnamese tea flavors are also very popular.

Sno-Zen Shaved Snow and Desserts is open Tuesdays through Thursdays, noon to 8 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays, noon to 9 p.m.; and Sundays, noon to 7 p.m.
