Enjoy Traditional Mongolian Food at Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot

Have you tried the deliciousness that is Mongolian food? Whether you have or not, you should make plans to dine at Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot. The new restaurant is just two miles from Brookside Park and has been impressing diners with its unique approach to dining since it launched in November. In fact, there are more than 10 Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot restaurants throughout the country that prove that notion.

The restaurant serves hot pots, a traditional Mongolian dish. Hot pots are essentially a Western version of fondue, but in lieu of bubbling oil or cheese, the pots brim with savory (and sometimes spicy) broths. You sear your own meat, seafood, or veggies by dunking them directly in the scorching-hot broth, then pop them right into your mouth. In addition to hot pots, Little Sheep serves other traditional eats like lamb dumplings, edamame and grilled pork sausage skewers. The menu is complete with a selection of wine, beer, and sake.
