Many of their products, such as their sauces, noodles, and bean curd, are made in house from scratch from preservative-free ingredients—and you can tell. Star dishes include the Eggplant Tofu (the brown sauce is divine), the Clay Pot Sensation, and the Rainbow—a tricky little mock fish dish that is really made from bean curd, crispy seaweed, veggies, and a sweet & sour sauce.
