Try the Drunken Beef at Thai River
December 10, 2015 | sack
The goal is simple for the chefs at Thai River: to craft authentic Thai cuisine using the freshest ingredients available. Even though the restaurant only opened in October, about three miles away from Capri Creek, they already seem to have proven to Yelpers that they can do that well. From the drunken beef to the pumpkin curry, locals are loving what Thai River serves up.
Grab a seat outside along the river to enjoy your food in the warmer months, as customers say it's quite a sight. The chic dining room is a cozy place to plant when it's cool outdoors, though. The food will warm you up right away. If you like seafood, order the pad num prik pao, a dish with prawns, calamari, or a seafood mix spiced with chili jam and basil. If you prefer duck, try the roasted duck in red curry paste. This is just one of many curries on the menu, along with other stir fries and fish dishes.
