Sauced BBQ and Spirits is a restaurant in Petaluma serving up classic American barbeque dishes. Two cousins opened Sauced after discovering they had a mutual love for Texas barbeque food. Inside, the restaurant looks straight out of a Western movie, complete with high tables and stools, dim lighting, and a rustic warehouse feel to the space.

Menu favorites include the combination platters, the Carolina pulled pork sandwich, the chili mac and cheese, and the stoneground jalapeño cheese grits. Try one of Sauced combination plates, such as the three-meat option, where you can select three meats and two side dishes. If you’re a beer lover, Sauced also has an extensive list of locally made beers.

Sauced BBQ & Spirits has happy hour Monday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. where you can enjoy discounted prices on cocktails, wines, beers, and food.
