Several small plates are featured on the menu, including savory options such as the calamari and the wild mushroom queso. A variety of 1200 degree steaks — such as the 14-ounce Beeman Ranch Wagyu Ribeye and the 8-ounce Flannery Beef Filet Mignon — are offered, and they are sure to please even the harshest of beef critics.
