Sarah’s Eats and Sweets is a classic Petaluma neighborhood deli serving breakfast, gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods. Husband and wife team Emery and Sarah Meeks pride themselves on preparing just about everything from scratch in-house as well as sourcing ingredients from local food purveyors. 

Order the popular pastrami reuben sandwich piled high with toppings like Swiss cheese, Sonoma Brinery sauerkraut, and Russian dressing served on Penngrove’s Full Circle Bakery marble rye. The pastrami is the star of the sandwich, which they brine for seven days and smoke for eight hours. In addition, Sarah’s Eats and Sweets offers a variety of baked goods, including Pecan Cinnamon Pull Apart Rolls, Chocolate Chunk Brownies, Lemon Bars, and a popular chocolate cake infused with Retrograde’s coffee. 

Visit Sarah’s Eats and Sweets Tuesday through Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
