Pair Farm-to-Table Fare With Fine Wines at Seared

There are many reasons why Seared is such a popular Petaluma dining destination. Its award-winning chef, Joe O’Donnell, shops at local farmers markets for the freshest ingredients, while the restaurant’s partnerships with area farms have earned it the Petaluma Argus-Courier’s "Best Farm-to-Table Restaurant" award.

The menu is wide-ranging, including everything from filet mignon with blue cheese butter to grass-fed cheeseburgers served with crispy golden fries on the side. Regular customers note that everything on the menu is tasty, but they give particular praise to the kitchen’s series of small plates, which pair especially well with wine and cocktails during happy hour. Order a glass of wine and pair it with a dozen oysters to share with a group of friends, or go for a hand-crafted cocktail and a crock of smoked trout dip as you relax and unwind after work.
