If you’re looking for an upscale spot for a special meal, come to Stark’s Steak and Seafood. Located in the West End, you’ll feel pretty special when you check out Stark’s casual/cool ambiance. It’s modern but also comfortable, especially in the bar and lounge, with comfortable seating so you can enjoy a cocktail with company during Happy Hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The dining area is also pretty elegant. This is not a place to show up in cargo shorts and a t-shirt! The menu makes steak the star, with USDA certified Angus beef, aged in-house for 28 days, and cooked just how you like it. The prime rib is also a big hit here, and the seafood choices are pretty good, too.
