Shop Items From Local Makers at the Holiday Crafterino Event

November 19, 2015 | sack

If you'd like to get away from purchasing gifts online and at typical retail stores in favor of gifts that are more meaningful, you're in luck. Look to the Holiday Crafterino event in Petaluma, which hits on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, Nov. 28.

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Petaluma Veterans Memorial Building — which isn't far from Capri Creek — will welcome a number of the area’s craft vendors for the all-day craft market. Items of all kinds will be available from 60 vendors. A number of local food trucks will also park at the craft show to provide shoppers with sustenance.

Be sure to arrive early — the first 100 guests will receive a reusable silk shopping bag. Admission is a suggested $1 donation, and parking is free.

The craft market helps raise funds for the Committee on the Shelterless, a local organization that aids the homeless in Petaluma, so you'll be shopping for a good cause!
