Speakeasy: Late-Night Tapas and Home-Style Brunch Dishes
June 15, 2017 | sack
Tapas are designed to be shared with friends, perhaps with a cocktail and a story. That's why Speakeasy exists in Petaluma. From the moment you see its lively patio, outlined by trees and twinkling lights, you'll realize that this is a place to come to socialize and share meals.
Speakeasy makes that simple by staying open until 2 a.m. seven days a week and serving brunch each Saturday and Sunday. If you come in the evening, pass around plates of creamy blue cheese polenta, lobster mac and cheese, fried chicken, or shrimp Creole. During weekend brunch, share the maple bacon doughnut holes (if you're capable of sharing them!) or the biscuits and gravy with sunny-side-up eggs. You can also hoard a house-made giant crepe for yourself, or build an omelet and enjoy it solo.
