But it's far from the only thing on the menu. The Chicken House dishes out a full array of Peruvian fare, including beef, seafood, pork, and even Peruvian barbecue. Try the barbecue smorgasbord known as the parillada de la casa, a hodgepodge of grilled chicken, pork, sausage, and steak with chunks of cassava, potato, and bananas. They're all seared and served in a piping-hot skillet.
