Try to Keep Up with the Unfolding Mystery at “Pillow Talk”

July 22, 2016 | greystar

The place in which Pillow Talk is set might not actually exist, but the fictional city was based on downtown Charleston—so it's only fitting that actors from Charleston portray it. When you see Pillow Talk, know that the people onstage are actually from Charleston, so they're more than qualified to play out the plot.

Pillow Talk follows the story of a couple whose relationship begins with simple conversation and ends in murder. The murder-mystery keeps you guessing until the end, wondering who is responsible for slaying community activist Ed. Is it district attorney Jeremiah, his scheming wife Melody, or drug lord Bougie? Each character seems to have motive and means—you'll have to follow along to decide who actually committed the crime. Snag tickets to the show on Saturday, July 30. They start at $30 for general admission, and cost $40 for preferred seating.
