Go Meat-Free This Year at the Vegetarian/Vegan Thanksgiving Banquet
November 14, 2016 | greystar
When you think of Thanksgiving, the first image that probably pops into your head is a plump, juicy turkey. But vegans and vegetarians see a dinner table with some foods that they can't eat. That's why Destiny Community Cafe, also known as Scott's Grand Banquet Hall, will host the Vegetarian/Vegan Thanksgiving Banquet on Wednesday, November 16th.
Local chefs and businesses will contribute to the meat-free banquet, which has selections that are strictly vegan as well as a vegetarian menu. The cost is only $15 for kids and $20 for adults, which means you can enjoy as much delicious meat-free food as you want without breaking the bank. Even if you're not a staunch vegetarian, this is still a great opportunity to enjoy healthy fare with fellow members of your community.
Vegetarian/Vegan Thanksgiving Banquet
