Must Visit Baseball Stadiums

Check out this list of the top five must see baseball stadiums in America.

Wrigley Field
Home of the Chicago Cubs, Wrigley Field is the second oldest major league stadium, built in 1913. Visit during the day to see the ivy covered walls in the outfield. Sit in the outfield bleachers to throw homerun balls hit by the opposing team back onto the field.

Fenway Park
Fenway, home to the Boston Red Sox, was opened in 1912. See the historic Green Monster in the outfield and the red seat that honors Ted Williams' park-record home run.

Oriole Park at Camden Yards
Oriole Park is just two blocks away from Babe Ruth's birthplace in downtown Baltimore. The ball park may have opened in 1992 but it has a delicious old-school feel.

PNC Park
This intimate park offers beautiful views of the Allegheny River and downtown Pittsburgh. Ticket prices are low, and don't forget to pick up a sandwich from the famous Primanti Brothers!

Coors Field
Experience a wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains while watching a baseball game at Denver's Coors Field. Due to the high altitude you're more likely to see home runs here. Tickets start at just $4.

Peter’s Gourmade Grill: Burger Bests

Peter’s Gourmade Grill has come a long way since its previous location inside a Valero gas station on the edge of Tustin. Word of mouth and a couple excellent write-ups in local Orange County papers propelled the restaurant to success and in early 2012 it moved to the corner of McFadden and Newport Avenues. Stop into the new location for an ABC Burger—the letters stand for avocado, bacon, cheddar—or the Mushroom Swiss Bacon Burger, two of the best in the OC. The Greek fries are often the subject of rave reviews as well. Those less inclined to enjoy a burger can dig into a basil chicken sandwich or a gyro and even vegetarians will enjoy a veggie burger homemade from Peter’s own recipe. Seating is limited, especially as this spot rockets upward in popularity, but the service is good (you can even text in an order) and the food is definitely worth the reasonable price.
