For a little bit of Memphis soul in Santa Ana you must visit Memphis at the Santora. Here you can find traditional southern cuisine mixed with American classics to create some one outstanding menu. The atmosphere at Memphis is casually upscale, with menu items being somewhat pricier than at your typical steakhouse or rib joint. But that’s because you get so much more at Memphis. Small plates include popcorn shrimp tacos, duck, quesadillas, and pulled pork sliders. Main courses include saffron risotto jambalaya, southern style meatloaf, and a bison burger with cranberry mayonnaise on a brioche bun. Along with Memphis’ excellent food, the mixed drink selection and bartenders are both top-notch.

The OC Pavilion is Santa Ana’s prime destination for performance. This 500 seat theatre features everything from musicals to comedians to stage shows. The intimate setting is perfect for smaller performances, and allows you to get up close and personal with the performers. Concessions, though limited, are reasonably priced and the theatre is beautifully maintained. Inside this luxurious space you will marvel at the beautiful lights and fixtures,  sweeping arcs and majestic tapestries. VIP and balcony seating is available — please inquire when arranging tickets.
