June 28^th – Paul Bunyan Day – This iconic hero of American Folklore is credited with many larger than life deeds including bringing the practice of logging in the United States and creating the Great Lakes to water his giant blue ox “Babe”. Celebrate today by sharing some of his stories and maybe going for a walk in the woods. Personally, I’ll be celebrating with a big lumberjack sized plate of pancakes.
