When Sea Thai Bistro debuted its new location in May, only about a mile and a half from Creekside Park, its existing fans say the menu hadn’t changed much. What had changed, however, was the atmosphere—it had greatly improved. An exposed, industrial-style ceiling contrasts with colorful, ocean-inspired light fixtures. Orange jellyfish and a school of glowing blue fish light the dining room along with sunshine streaming through the large windows.

The ambience is only half of the equation at Sea Thai Bistro, though; authentic Thai cuisine is the other half. Sink a spoon into a bowl of sweet-spicy peanut soup with a sprinkle of cilantro on top, or try the crispy shrimp served with a colorful medley of red onion, carrot, and green veggies. You can also savor pad Thai, pork belly with pineapple and cashew, or green curry with chicken at Sea Thai Bistro.
