So when a branch of this pizzeria opened six weeks ago near Creekside Park, it's no wonder it started attracting customers immediately. Where else will you find a pie topped with fiery tandoori chicken, red onion and green pepper, and cilantro in addition to the standard mozzarella (the new Spice Route)? Is there another pizzeria around where shredded, hoisin-marinated pork, peanuts, jalapenos, and carrots are a run-of-the-mill pizza combination? In addition to these meat-laden signature pizzas, Extreme Pizza also boasts a pretty impressive collection of entirely vegan pies. Grab a slice of the Bunny Slope, smothered with light tomato sauce, Daiya vegan mozzarella, pine nuts, seasonal tomatoes, and arugula drizzled with white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
