There's really no bad time to stop by St. Francis Winery and Vineyards in Santa Rosa. It's only a stone's throw away from Creekside Park, and you can always expect an array of top-notch wines to be on the menu at St. Francis. However, one Saturday a month, there's extra incentive to come to the winery: the Sonoma Tastemakers Food and Wine Pairing.

The next food and wine pairing will unfold on Dec. 5 from 1 to 3 p.m. and host local Valley Ford Cheese Company, which is based in Sonoma County. Its cheesemakers glean inspiration from cheeses of the Italian countryside, making them the perfect complement to St. Francis Winery's many pours. The tasting is free, as is every monthly tasting, so join in the fun and learn a little more about the wines crafted at St. Francis.
