The people behind Dick Blomster's know you don't need a permanent location to make a restaurant. Just good food, a place to serve it, and a public ready to eat. That's exactly what you'll find at Dick Blomster's, a pop-up restaurant operating out of Taylor's Omelette Express after 5 p.m. According to Bite Club Eats, it's one of the best restaurants to come to Sonoma County in 2015.

Located not far from Creekside Park, Dick Blomster's quickly gets eaters addicted to its Korean Fried Crack—a much more appetizing version of KFC than the fast food. This chicken features a soy-ginger dressing, and comes with a unique vanilla slaw and buttered bread. You can also dig into battered shrimp with ginger, sesame, and sriracha, a grass-fed burger crowned with seaweed, or a big steaming bowl of pho at Dick Blomster's. Just don't show up before 5 p.m., or you'll only be able to order omelets!
