Have a Modern Japanese Meal at Haku Sushi

November 7, 2016 | sack

Haku Sushi is a Japanese restaurant in Santa Rosa offering sushi rolls with creative names that reference pop culture. Yelpers say that rolls like the Jedi Mind trick, the Make It So, the More Cow Bell, and the Alex Keaton are must-tries, and if you’re not a fan of sushi, the restaurant also has traditional Japanese dishes such as tonkatsu and domburi.

The food is fresh, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the sushi combinations are creative. Inside, the décor is modern and homey, which makes it perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. If you pay cash, then you'll even get 10% off.

Haku Sushi is open Monday to Friday for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m, and on Fridays 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. On weekends, Haku Sushi is open all day – on Saturday 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and on Sunday 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
