Bistro 29 is a French restaurant located in the heart of wine country in downtown Santa Rosa. Known as a neighborhood gem, Bistro 29 is reminiscent of a restaurant you’ll find right in the French countryside.

Bistro 29 has a wide selection of buckwheat crepes, which are a longtime French staple. Yelpers love the Normande, a savory crepe stuffed with potato, Camembert cheese and fresh pears, as well as the Lyonnaise, a crepe with smoked bacon lardon, caramelized onions, aged Gruyere and a sunny side egg. There are also sweet crepes available for those who prefer something stuffed with fruit, sweet cheese or whipped cream. Bistro 29 has a full dinner menu as well. Try the slow cooked pork belly, the brick roasted chicken breast, or the steak frites. You can also go for the Prix Fixe menu where you can enjoy three courses for $34 and add a wine pairing for $11.

Bistro 29 is open Monday to Thursday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
