Today, his first solo restaurant, which specializes in classic American comfort food, stands as a rousing success.

With its carefully curated menu and plenty of options to suit a wide variety of palates, this eatery is ideal for any occasion. If you visit for brunch, you can choose from an array of omelets (the Italian sausage, mushroom, and brie is a favorite among regulars) or breakfast classics such as huevos rancheros and corned beef hash.
