Mark and Terri Stark are no strangers to the food scene, and Stark’s Steak & Seafood is simply an extension to their five other restaurants in Sonoma County. This all-American casual steak and seafood house is extremely popular in the area for its perfectly-cooked steaks, succulent seafood dishes, and laid-back happy hour.

Guests say Stark’s makes a fantastic potato skin fondue, a savory creamed spinach, and a delectable steak tartare. Guests say their cocktails are strong and flavorful and are easy to enjoy in the 1940s-themed bar atmosphere. Leather-tufted chairs and marble-top tables make for swanky seating in the bar area, while the tired wooden floors add charm and age to an otherwise new dining room. For patrons seeking gluten-free options, Stark’s Steak & Seafood hosts a dedicated gluten-free menu available upon request. Happy hour here also excites a lot of the locals, with $3.50 gin martinis, special happy hour bites, and more six days per week.
