The signature TRX Suspension Trainer is a piece of equipment that consists of two straps hanging from the ceiling. Typically starting in a supine position, you'll grasp the loops or handles at the end of the straps and use them to defy gravity, pressing through challenging routines while you work against the weight of their own body. Classes also incorporate more traditional workout elements like medicine balls and crunches to improve core strength and keep your muscles moving.
