2 Tread Brewing Company opened last month in the Santa Rosa Plaza, and locals have already begun to flock to this eatery and craft brewery. Hang out in the beer garden, drink artisan beers and cocktails, and share a chef-created meal from their extensive menu of salads, flatbreads, burgers, and entrees. Start your meal off with the Roasted Corn Fritters, hush-puppy style fritters with chipotle aioli, lime, and scallions. Another must-try is the Spice Rubbed Prime Hangar Steak, well seasoned and flavored with a light chimmichurri sauce, green beans, and roasted garlic. Beer styles vary, but they include classics, IPAs, and modern farmhouse ales.
2 Tread, named after the owner’s passion for biking, offers plenty of on-site bike parking as well as a ride-up patio. Multiple glass roll-up doors are thrown open to create a massive indoor-outdoor patio with lounge sitting, picnic tables, and dining areas. 2 Tread Brewing Company is open daily for lunch, dinner, and late night eats.
